Overall is considered OK.

Location wise is good, near to the stations and breakfast area. Room is clean.

The common areas like lifts, corridors somehow quite smelly due to smoke, but the room is in good condition, just the space is a bit small but it is fine. Also, no where to adjust the air conditioner temperature, it is centralised.

I enjoyed my stay, and the staff is helpful as well~

the location is great, just a few mins walk to mrt station and you can literally go everywhere by public transport. The room have every basic amenities that you might need during your stay, hair dryer, toothbrush, towels, shower gel shampoo conditioner and lotion. there will be only two clothes hanger, so if you need more maybe need ask the staff or bring your own. the room cleanliness is great. hotel customer service very helpful, friendly staff.

we got to stay in a room without a window so we wont hear car passing by, however my parents stayed at a room with window facing the busy road, so they could hear buses, cars passing by. fyi, if u received any messages from the booking .com chat saying that you need to paid fully or else the hotel will cancel your booking, it will ask u to click in a link and refill all your personal information and make payment , DONT do it !! i called the hotel for confirmation and they did not require the guests to do so. It might be a new scam or hacker im not sure, but if you encounter a problem, always call and ask for confirmation before you make any action. im thankful and happy that the hotel customer service is very efficient and helpful.

Probably one of the top choice hotels in Taipei city

Location is superb, it's very close to the Taipei Main Station and Beimen Bus Station which both are considered the main stations to travel around Taipei city. 7-Eleven is just located 2-min walking distance away from the hotel. The room I booked comes with bathtub, overall experience is good. Not to mention their staffs are very attentive and helpful.

Bad soundproof as commented by other travelers - if you're a light sleeper, you might need to think twice. For your own comfort, you may try request for non-window view room, those interior rooms aren't facing the main road, it might help. However, noises from walking thru corridor or talking from next door are not avoidable.

Clean, good location. Has a lot of hooks on the wall to hang things.

Unable to provide more towels, but able to swop. No staff at front desk as they are in the room, but able to call them out.

I would stay here again, overall pleasant experience.

Good location, only an 8 min walk to the train station and only 1-3 stops away from Ximen station. Within walking distance for food markets. Fast self check-in/out. Daily room service.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. There was rust track marks where the sliding door is and some small black marks on the wall. Otherwise everything else was good, no dusty areas noted. You can hear other customers walking past your door and even other rooms at times.

Good stay & Excellent location

Convenient location. Though it's located at a far end of Taipei Station, Exit Y27 to be exact it is directly opposite the Taoyuan Airport MRT. Property is also within walking distance to NingXia night Market, DiHua shopping street. Front desk staffs were helpful during check-in/out.

Room is clean and well kept but mattress & pillow is too soft for me and bath tub is abit to high for access which could pose a danger when getting in/out after shower. You do need to keep a light on so that you will not trip and fall when you get out of bed to take a leak in the night.

Superb stay and it’s a short walk away from our favorite cafe!

Room was extremely clean and well decorated. The location is superb, near to the mrt and other food areas. Near a convenience store.

The water may splash quite a bit from the tub area when showering because the glass closure is not water tight so the toilet floor can get quite wet. Just be careful when you exit from the shower area to the toilet area after showering. Can be slippery.

Clean, good location, but terrible soundproofing.

The room is really clean, facilities were new and the TV had a good selection of channels. Amenities were also adequate and location was close to taipei main station which is great because I came straight from the airport.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was terrible. I was also really unlucky where people staying in neighbouring units kept opening/closing their doors and were even speaking loudly while they were standing outside their rooms. A group of travellers also came back at about 2 am in the morning and spoke loudly. I ended up having very poor sleep throughout the night.
